Nick Pappas has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as of early March 2026. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in Finance, Strategy, and Transformation across telecom, consulting, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led both short-term transformation projects and long-term strategic programs, with a strong focus on ESG, digitalization, and process optimization.
Thalia Siamani assumed the position of Chief Legal Officer (CLO) as of mid-February 2026. With extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and the management of complex multinational legal frameworks, she has supported international business expansions and contributed to the development of strategic solutions that promote growth and ensure regulatory compliance.
